Who we are:

We’re a passionate group of high school students dedicated to making psychology accessible and engaging for teens. Each week, we publish articles that explore various psychological topics, emphasizing the importance of mental health research and its relevance to our lives. Our goal is to spark curiosity and foster a deeper understanding of psychology, all while keeping our content easy to read and enjoyable.

Why are we called TeenPsychos?

Our blog got its insane name during Club Day when we were crafting crowns for our neuropsychology club at Napa High. In an unexpected and weirdly amusing twist, our “psychologists” crowns ended up reading as “psycho” from a distance— and we rolled with it!

Ultimately, life can make everyone a little crazy— psychotic, even. But, there’s ways to deal with it as long as you know what is actually going on in the fanatical, but infinitely interesting, human brain.
